Principal Consultant Elaine Young is a commercially aware HR professional with over 25 years experience gained in a variety of industries. Elaine has a proven track record of delivering cost effective solutions enabling organisations to become more efficient and profitable.
Skilled in the management of change Elaine has worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams on business planning and business development projects including the integration of acquisitions. She has substantial experience of developing HR functions in multi-site operations. Elaine has held senior management posts and has worked in unionised environments.
Our associates are all highly skilled professionals who are experts in their various fields which include testing (psychometric, aptitude etc), training and management development (design and delivery), recruitment and executive search (including running assessment centres).
